Confirmation before moving Precautions

If there is any accident or damage after the move is completed

Ryukyu Total Moving Service will take all possible precautions to transport your valuable household goods responsibly, but in the event of an accident or damage, please contact us as soon as possible. We will take full responsibility for any accidents or damage that we cause. If the damage is repairable, we will consult with you based on the estimated repair cost.

Moving transportation

★Cases that cannot be guaranteed

  1. Damage due to incomplete packaging by the customer (cases where there is no external damage to the cardboard)

  2. Unexplained loss (e.g., theft or loss not reported to the police)

  3. Internal malfunctions of computers, televisions and other electrical appliances and machines (cases with no external damage)

  4. If a part of the set is damaged (only the damaged item is guaranteed)

  5. It will be extinguished unless a notice of accidental damage is issued within two weeks from the date of delivery of the package.

  6. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to floors or walls if the customer moves furniture, electronics, etc. 

  7. after the move is complete, or if other contractors come and go frequently.

    ★If no declaration is made, we will not be liable for damage compensation.

  1. Cash, securities, jewelry, precious metals, savings passbooks, cash cards, seals, etc. for customers

  2. Portable valuables and important documents

  3. Gunpowder, other dangerous goods, filthy goods, or other goods that may cause damage to other luggage.

  4. Animals and plants, works of art, antiques, etc. require special management when transporting them.

  5. Foods and other items that are prone to deterioration or spoilage​.

Points to note when transporting vehicles

  1. Vehicle and motorcycle transportation coverage (insurance) is for damage to the exterior of the vehicle.

  2. Engine trouble, malfunction, damage or loss of luggage in the vehicle (trunk, etc.),

  3. We cannot take any responsibility or guarantee for theft.

  4. The customer is always present during pickup and delivery of vehicles and motorcycles.

  5. Signed after checking for flaws, etc. (We are not responsible for any damage after signing.)

  6. Vehicles with a low height (15 cm or less) cannot be collected or loaded.

  7. Pickup and delivery are transported by self-propelled and loaded vehicles. (Please contact us in advance if you wish to use a loaded vehicle.)

  8. The schedule is subject to change due to cancellations of marine transportation due to weather conditions or evacuation en route.

Please understand the above.

 

Please understand that we will check for scratches and damages at the start and end of the move. You should be aware of the presence or absence of flaws themselves to avoid problems.You will be required to sign that you understand the above information at the start of the move. If you do not understand the above information, we will not accept your move.
